Cruelty-Free Mascaras That Wash Off With Water
Want a cruelty-free mascara, but not one that has to be taken off with a special makeup remover? We did. Which is why we set out to find the best vegan and cruelty-free mascaras that can be washed away with only water.
We don’t really have the time, or the inclination, to buy and use a product just to remove another one. We like to keep our beauty routine pretty simple. Sometimes, we like to get away with just a generous splash of water to take all of our makeup off.
