The Company
‘Ohana Organics owner, Tara, founded her company in 2000 after moving from Hawaii to California. She found herself missing the beauty of the Islands, so she called upon her love of her home and formulated a line of skin care products that would remind her of its purity.
Tara had a background in science, so she relied up what she had learned to create ‘Ohana Organic’s soothing Organic Shea Butters, Salves, Tattoo Butter, and Hawaiian Scented Perfume creams.
The Products
Tara makes ‘Ohana Organics product in her own kitchen, with herbs grown in her private garden. Each ingredient that goes into Tara’s skin care products is of the highest quality and is completely animal free. Tara makes sure that ‘Ohana Organics never tests its products on animals and that it sticks to making formulations in small batches, so that every step of the process can be as precise as she wants it to be.
