WBC’s motto is “Get Dirty, We’ve Got the Soap!” and they aren’t lying. This one-woman, Idaho-based operation manufactures nearly two dozen types of soap, as well as lotion, body butter, an impressive array of bath bombs, and an exclusive men’s line. None of the ingredients are ever tested on animals. WBC is a vegetarian company that delivers the goods on a number of levels. If you’re in need of some soaking luxury, they have you covered.
The lovely website, www.wbcsoap.com, lists every product they currently offer. Here are some of our favorites:
We couldn’t be more happy with the Urban Gypsy Sweet Orange Lavender Soap ($5.50). This fragrant bar contains olive oil, coconut oil, moringa oil, sweet orange oil, delicate lavender buds, and lavender essential oil. The scent is sweet and delicious. This 100 percent vegan bar contains no parabens, phthalates, or detergents. You can work up a luxurious lather, knowing that your cleanliness didn’t come at the expense of animals. It’s a customer favorite, and we can see why.
Another luscious, vegan product is WBC’s Butter Me Up! Body Butter ($8.00-$15.00, depending on size). This moisturizing elixir comes in seven varieties, but we’re especially drawn to their Coconut Lime variety. All of the body butters are thick and creamy, gluten-free, and manufactured without the use of parabens or phthalates. They’re packed with vitamins, and leave your skin feeling moist and fantastic!
If you’re a bath bomb enthusiast, try WBC’s Dirty Girl Meta Fizzy Bomb ($5.50). It’s fun and colorful, combining the scents of citrus, sweet florals and vanilla in an exciting tri-color pattern. Sink into your tub’s warm waters and take an imaginary trip to your favorite tropical locale. Heavenly!
The guys in your clan don’t need to miss out on the fun. WBC’s Men’s Grooming Oil ($10.00) comes in three different scents: Backwoods, Black Tie and Driftwood. We’re especially intrigued by the Backwoods scent. It sports a earthy combination of herbs and amber, reminiscent of a forest. All three oils are great for cracked skin or to moisturize beards. Your man will love it, and you will, as well.
Please note that all of WBC’s products are vegetarian, though not all are vegan. Goat’s milk and honey are used in several products. The company is quite vegan-friendly, however, so check their website thoroughly or feel free to drop them an email to inquire. When you purchase products from WBC, you are supporting a small, friendly, woman-owned company. And they offer free shipping on all orders over $35! What are you waiting for?
I just wanted to extend a big Idaho thank you for such a great review of WBC Soap products! We really appreciate your insight and your review. :)
