Want more ideas for fantastic vegan beauty products to try? We thought you would, so we have a few goodies for you. The following are some vegan perfumes, lotions, and scrubs that you can either purchase in your local health food market or easily buy online.
We love Pacifica Beauty Solid Perfumes because you can throw them into a purse or backpack, to use whenever you want so you can smell great during the day. They won’t leak or spill, unless you leave them in a super hot car and they melt, so don’t do that. Pacifica Beauty Solid Perfumes come in a fun and amazing range of scents, like Indian Coconut Nectar, Tuscan Blood Orange, and Hawaiian Ruby Guava. They’re cheap and they last a long time. A little dab will leave you smelling pretty for hours.
Alba Botanica makes a lot of outstanding body lotions, including a Hawaiian Hand and Body Lotion and a Kukui Nut Body Cream. The Kukui Nut Body Cream is our favorite. It comes in a tub and it’s super rich. Slather this cream all over, from your neck to your toes, and you’ll be soft and yummy smelling (the fragrance is a bit like chocolate and kind of like a nut). The Kukui Nut cream is awesome if you have really dry skin. For cracked heels, apply a generous amount of it on your feet at night and then throw your socks on to help keep moisture in.
Use Giovanni Cosmetics’ Cool Mint Lemonade Salt Scrub every day for soft, radiant, and healthy feeling skin. We like to scrub down with this salt scrub in the shower, after we’ve let the warm water loosen up our skin a bit and open up our pores. You don’t need to use much, just take out a little at a time and work your way scrubbing from the top of your body to the bottom. Scrub in circles and focus on areas of the skin that are dull looking, dry, or bumpy. Then, rinse off with water. We even use this salt scrub on our face in small amounts. It has a refreshing scent, which we find delightful for summer.
