If you shop at a co-op or similar natural foods store, you’ve probably seen Field Day’s affordable food and other natural products. They make everything from peanut butter to toilet paper. However, you might not be aware that they also offer a small, but comprehensive line of cruelty-free, vegetarian body care products, as well. The cost is considerably lower than many other companies.

The lavender lotion comes in a 16-ounce bottle and retails on various online outlets for about $6.00. You can find it at the store for a similar price. This plant-based lotion smells divine and is free from parabens, phthalates, formaldehyde, silicone, sulfates, synthetic dyes and synthetic fragrances. Instead, it contains a potent combination of jojoba, shea butter, aloe vera, argan, olive and avocado oil. Field Day also manufactures four other lotion varieties, including honey almond (not vegan, obviously), coconut lemongrass, citrus thyme, peppermint, and unscented, all at the same low price. Quality doesn’t have to be expensive!
If you’re like many of us, you’re probably using a lot of hand soap. Field Day makes three different kinds, all of which retail for less than $5.00 for a 12.5 ounce bottle! Our favorite is the coconut-lemongrass scented variety. Made with botanical ingredients, this cleansing product will sanitize your hands and leave them smelling great at the same time! All without the use of nasty ingredients that might strip your skin of their natural oils. This offering is fortified with the addition of organic aloe barbadensis leaf juice. Washing your hands won’t be quite so much of a chore, and the soap is so affordable!
In addition to the aforementioned items, Field Day also sells shampoo, conditioner, and liquid body washes, all featuring the same heavenly scents! They’re all vegetarian (mostly vegan), and cruelty-free, too. At these prices, you can afford to buy them all. Of course, all the other products adhere to the same high standards.
