I realize that calling this the “Best Drugstore Eyebrow Tool Around” is a big claim, but it accurately reflects my love for this eyebrow wax. NYX Cosmetics is a cruelty free cosmetics company headquartered in Los Angeles and founded in 1999 by makeup lover, Toni Koi. NYX Cosmetics is one of the most popular drugstore brand cosmetics because they’re high quality, but inexpensive. Perhaps the most popular aspect of NYX is that they have dozens of products that are inexpensive versions, or, “dupes”, of products sold by pricier brands, many of whom also may test on animals.
Ever have a bad eyebrow day? Where they’re sticking up all over the place? Or unruly eyebrows that don’t stay in place? This brown pencil is your answer! I was hesitant to use an eyebrow wax pencil because I didn’t see how it would be that useful, and I didn’t want my eyebrows to look plastered to my face.
This pencil goes on smoothly without being heavy, and does an excellent job of instantly tidying up unruly brows. I typically do one swipe over each brow, followed by my eyebrow powder, then my eyebrow brush to blend and reshape my brow. From there, my eyebrows stay in place perfectly all day.
