Collective Wellbeing sells skincare, body care and hair care products. Skincare products run the gamut from day cream and daily moisturizers to cleansing creams and face masks. Collective Wellbeing botanical extracts are USDA certified organic. In addition, most of the plant oils and other botanicals are certified organic under internationally recognized certifying agencies such as CCOF, Oregon Tilth or QAI. All CW ingredients are made with botanical and mineral sources. These sources are considered vegan. Some CW products do contain honey, beeswax, laneth (derived from wool lanolin) and lactoperoxidase (derived from milk). The company does not use meat derivatives in its products. All CW products that contain honey, beeswax or lactoperoxidase will say so on the label.

The company states that, “water is a non-organic ingredient. Although others may have found the secret, we haven’t figured out a way to make our products certified organic that does not require substituting our ultra-pure, triple-purified water with water that is a byproduct of making essential oils. This byproduct, called a hydrosol, is usually removed from the essential oil distillation facility, preserved with common cosmetic preservatives, and trucked to a manufacturing facility to be added to personal care products in place of water.
